Waverley Brook Farm CSA is to share the bounty of the land, and encourage health and wellbeing within our community by providing fresh, fair priced quality vegetables and fruits raised sustainably in harmony with nature.

What is CSA?

• “Community Shared Agriculture”
• Farmers grow a wide variety of crops for a predetermined group of consumers
• These consumers have become shareholders by purchasing a “share” through a pre-season payment to the farm
• Shareholders receive a fresh “food box” weekly for 16 + weeks

 What To Expect:

• What you see is what you get.  Meet your farmer, see the gardens, ask questions
• Real variety. In-season foods, 60 field ripened crops
• True freshness.  Same day harvest
• Share the crop risk.  Learn the effects of weather and pests
• WFB CSA chooses to be "certified organic“ by you the customer
• No line-ups, no elevator music, no trashy snacks, tabloids or ads

How Does It Work?

• Purchase a share by Feb. 28th for the summer growing season with $30 deposit
• Give farmers the time to plan the gardens and provides money for seed
• Pay for your food box choice by June 1st
• Come to the farm mid June to pick-up your first “food box”
• Pick-up your box weekly Tuesday or Friday until Thanksgiving weekend

Shareholder Food Box Options:

 I. Garden Box:

• Receive 16 + weeks of farm fresh produce
• $300 - deposit pickup at farm Fri./ Tues.

    Work Share:

• $250 + 10 hrs work deposit
• Ask about match-ups, ideal for singles and seniors

  II. Cottage Box:

• Receive one weeks worth of pre-ordered farm fresh produce
• $30 weekly paid upon farm pick-up

  III. Storage Box:

• Receive four fall storage boxes, farm pickup every-other week, four times
• $60

IV. Gift Box:

• Donate to give the gift of healthy food to our community

All shares require a $30 deposit (subtracted from share price) by Feb. 28th.
